ARTIST STATEMENT

My art draws on themes from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, with a focus on Heavenly Mother and life after death. Using vibrant colors and natural elements, I seek to depict the connection between the earthly and the divine, inviting viewers to contemplate the presence of spirituality in everyday life. I primarily work in printmaking and painting, often incorporating real pressed flowers to emphasize the beauty and fragility of life. Through my art, I strive to share my testimony of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The concept of divine motherhood and eternal life deeply influences my work, with flowers symbolizing purity, growth, and renewal. Each piece serves as a reflection of my faith and an invitation to others to contemplate spiritual truths.
